Our Pricing is very simple.  We will not distract you with Technical language.
You want to know what we charge for a Web site?  Here is our price:

DEVELOPMENT:

A non-refundable development charge of $345.00 is due at the signing of the contract.  In most cases, we only have a verbal contract with our Customers.

Following your instructions, we will build a Web site that reflects your business and becomes an extension of your operation.  You supply the content, we will build your site.  We may guide you with suggestions, based on our experience, but the over all content of the web site will be supplied by you.

We will not limit you to just a few pages.  Our price is the same for two pages or twenty.  We develop as many pages as needed to complete your site.  You will be able to monitor our progress at all times, and we will appreciate your guidance with respect to colors, fonts, graphics, audio files, video pages, etc.

When the site is accepted by you, we will publish it to the Internet.

SERVER CHARGES:

We charge an annual fee of 119.00 for the space your site occupies on our server and for the Domain Name Registration.  Your site will reside on a super fast, reliable Web Server, located  at
http://www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.com.

MAINTENANCE:

The maintenance of your Web site is billed on a monthly basis at $40.00, or annually, with a discount of two free months.($400.00 if paid annually).
This maintenance includes any reasonable amount of updates, changes, deletions, additions, etc..  For major reconstruction, we will negotiate a reasonable, mutually acceptable price.

We also submit your Web site to all Major Search Engines as part of our Maintenance service.

You will have the flexibility to change your message on the internet as often as you like.  Contrary to very costly Newspaper and Yellow Page advertising.  If you buy an ad in the Yellow Pages, it will be the same for the entire year.  Your web site can change its message and appearance daily,
if necessary.

Remember in the old days, when you had to have a listing in the Telephone Directory if you wanted to be taken seriously as a Business.  Well, today, the same thing holds true for a Web site.  If your Customers can’t see you on the Internet, they will most likely buy from your competitor who has a presence on the Internet.
